The scope of the contractual services results from our offers and the booking orders confirmed by you. If you have not completed your online check-in, airport fees may apply to the airlines.

4. Service and price changes, termination, withdrawal by us Kreta Reisen Kreta.com GmbH & Co.kg

Kreta Reisen reserves the right to change the contractually confirmed prices in the event of an increase in transport costs or taxes for certain services, such as port or airport fees or a change in the prices for the trip in question, to the extent that the increase in transport costs or the taxes for certain services per person or per seat affect the travel price if there are more than four months between the conclusion of the contract and the agreed travel date.

In the event of a subsequent change in price, Kreta Reisen will inform the traveler immediately, but no later than 21 days before the start of the trip. Price increases after this point in time are not permitted. In the event of price increases of more than five percent or in the event of a significant change to an essential travel service, the traveler is entitled to withdraw from the travel contract without incurring any fees. The traveler has the right to assert this against Kreta Reisen immediately after Kreta Reisen has declared a price increase or change to the travel service.

Kreta Reisen can terminate the contract if the trip becomes significantly more difficult, endangered or impaired due to unforeseeable force majeure. This can be based, for example, on sovereign orders, such as the requisition of ships, aircraft and cars, as well as on crises, strikes, natural disasters (storms, floods, etc.), riots, epidemics, mobilization, destruction of accommodation and technical disasters. In the case of holiday homes, the contract can also be terminated if the owner changes. If the termination occurs for one of these reasons, Kreta Reisen will refund the travel price less compensation for the travel services already provided and, if necessary, still to be provided at the end of the trip.
Kreta Reisen and the traveller each bear half of the additional costs of return transport ( when transport is booked via Kreta.com). In all other cases the traveller is responsible for additional expenses. The customer will be informed of this immediately. Please note that the stated flight days and times are not part of the travel contract. We expressly reserve the right to make changes. This does not apply if Kreta Reisen requires a rebooking due to insufficient or incorrect pre-contractual information. In this case, rebooking is free of charge. If in other cases a rebooking is made at the customer's request, a rebooking fee will be charged in addition to the changed rate and any additional costs that can be proven by the organizer Kreta Reisen as a result of the change. These conditions also apply to name changes or name corrections.
