The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers all the comforts you need such as: a large cooking island with 2 seats, double sink, filtered drink water, coffee maker, oven, microwave, induction cooker, dishwasher, extractor fan, side by side refrigerator, fridge for drinks and all necessary small appliances.
A guest toilet is available in the utility room as well as washing machine, clothes dryer, iron board, sink.

The Villa has been finished with great attention to detail and comprise: 4 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning unit for both heating and cooling the house, washing machine, dryer, beds for babies and infants, children’s high chair, stereo systems, mosquito nets, bed linen, hair dryer, kitchen towels as well as hand- bath and pool towels.
Rent includes also all additional expenses such as: electricity, water, sewage, waste disposal, air conditioning system, heating, use of washing machine and dishwasher, weekly change of bed linen and all towels and intermediate cleaning.
If you wish to clean up or change of towels and linen more often then after 3-4 Day’s, you can order this by an extra of 150,- Euro each, if you want a daily service this is additionally bookable.
Unless otherwise arranged,the Villa Olimpia is ready for occupancy from 4 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am you must have left the villa on the day of departure.
The final cleaning fee is 150,-Euro extra! Damage deposit is 600,-Euro
