The Nikolaos Apartments
Stalis are located about 30 km from
Heraklion Airport, between the well-known resorts of Hersonissos and
Malia.
The beach of
Stalis is just 200 meters away, and the center with shops, restaurants, and bars can be reached after about 400 meters.
The apartments are family-run by Van and his wife Efi, George, Fofi, Kleo, and Nikos, who take great care of their guests with warm hospitality and personal attention.
The complex consists of four buildings with a total of 38 apartments. All units are air-conditioned and feature 32-inch flat-screen TVs with both international and local channels.
The Nikos Apartments Stalis offer a wide range of facilities and services to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. Guests benefit from a 24-hour reception, and upon request, airport or port transfers can be arranged (at an extra charge). For families, there are highchairs in the restaurant, an indoor and outdoor playground, as well as babysitting services on request.
For leisure and recreation, guests can enjoy a billiard table (extra charge), a games and lounge room, or take part in boat trips. A concierge service is available for personal requests, and a doctor on call can be arranged if needed.
Outdoors, a freshwater swimming pool and a separate children’s pool invite you to relax. Sunbeds and umbrellas, a pool bar, and a snack bar by the pool offer refreshment and comfort throughout the day. Additionally, there is an indoor freshwater pool, an internet corner, showers and changing rooms, and on-site parking facilities.
Of course, free Wi-Fi is available for all guests in both the public areas and the apartments.

The fully equipped kitchenette provides coffee-making facilities and a refrigerator – ideal for self-catering. Each apartment also has its own balcony or terrace, some with pool view, where you can relax and unwind at the end of the day.

The one-bedroom apartments accommodate up to 4 persons and are approximately 26 m² in size. Depending on the configuration, they offer one double and two single beds, four single beds, or one double bed, one single bed, and one bunk bed – ideal for families or small groups.
The apartments are comfortable and modern, featuring individually controlled air conditioning (extra charge), a ceiling fan, a living area with sofa, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator and coffee-making facilities.
Further amenities include a modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels (including movie and sports programs), direct-dial telephone, safe (extra charge), and Wi-Fi Internet access (partly free, partly with charge).
Each apartment has its own private balcony or terrace with garden view, some also offering mountain or pool views. Non-smoking rooms are available.
