Villa Panareti is a lovingly restored traditional stone-built house full of authentic Cretan charm. Originally dating back to the 19th century, the villa was carefully and comprehensively renovated in 2015, preserving its historic character while seamlessly incorporating modern comforts and amenities. Natural stone and wood remain the defining features of the villa, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere that blends perfectly with the surrounding landscape of ancient olive groves and the unspoiled beauty of the Cretan countryside.

The distance from the coastal village of Kolimbari and the picturesque village of Ravdoucha in northwestern Crete to the city of Chania is approximately 45 km.

Set on an 850 m² private plot, Villa Panareti is a beautifully restored two-storey villa offering 170 m² of living space. With three comfortable bedrooms, it is the perfect choice for families, couples, or small groups seeking peace, privacy, and authentic Cretan hospitality.

The third bedroom is located in the charming wooden attic and is furnished with two comfortable single beds, making it an ideal space for children or additional guests.
