The house is in a quiet location, the village square of Pitsidia in the sunny south of Crete is within 10 minutes' walk. Musical events often take place there in the summer months. The 4 km long beach "Komos" is in the other direction and can be easily reached by car within 5 minutes.

The three holiday homes are located approx. 6 km north of Matala on the southeast coast of Crete near the excavations of Gortys and Phaistos. The three individual holiday villas are built on different levels and offer independence, privacy and unobstructed views of the surrounding area. A shared beautiful 40 m² pool with a depth of 1.5 m is available to guests of all three villas.
