Kardamili is a cozy coastal town on the western side of the Mani Peninsula, a foothill of the "Taygetus Mountains". Kardamili is an attraction for many hikers who want to hike through the "Viros Gorge" (20 km long!), But also for speleologists (the "Diros Cave" and the "Cave of Aeopoli").
